Hello, I’m Adelie LaViola.

As a mother, healer, meditation teacher, yoga instructor and business owner., I have devoted my life to helping individuals unlock a deeper understanding of themselves. My mission is to contribute to world peace—and I believe that begins with the inner peace and empowerment of each person no matter where you are at in life..

My journey into this work began during one of the most challenging chapters of my life, when I was navigating grief, anxiety, and uncertainty. Despite trying many paths, true relief eluded me—until I encountered the Modern Mystery School. Through its lineage and teachings, I began to experience meaningful transformation and discovered a profound strength I didn’t know I carried.

Over the past decade, I have studied and practiced Metaphysics, cultivating the power of daily rituals, intentional breathing, mindfulness, and the art of slowing down. These practices not only shifted my own life but also revealed my greater purpose: to guide others in aligning with their own strength, clarity, and purpose.

Today, I work one-on-one with individuals from diverse backgrounds—including professionals, leaders, and caregivers—who are ready to create meaningful change in their lives. My role is not to impose a path but to support you in uncovering your own. Healing is not a race; it unfolds at your unique pace, and I am honoured to meet you wherever you are on your journey.

A proud graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition and Akhanda Yoga, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. As an energetic and dynamic practitioner, Adelie has redefined the approach to healing the body, mind, and spirit. Since 2015, she has successfully operated her private healing practice from her home and the NatCan Integrative Medical and Wellness Center. In 2017, she founded Crystal Connections, offering enchanting sprays and crystal grids that enhance homes and businesses.
